Services provided: Design and Operations

Case: We prepared the blueprint for a mid-budget co-working space targeting MSMEs and back offices
 for a 13,000 sq ft. We applied our deep understanding of the demand pattern to come up with an office
 interior design that would fetch high returns in the mid to long-term. In addition, we are responsible for 
marketing, leasing and operating the center along with the landlord of the property. 



Services provided: Design, Project Management and Operations

Case: We prepared the design layout for 3000 sq ft two floor commercial asset, identified vendor, 
negotiated quality and price for office interior, oversaw the fit out project, and have complete responsibility 
of operations, marketing and leasing of the co-working center that caters predominantly to young 
companies that seek economical managed office spaces in the prime micro-market of Central Bangalore


Services provided: Design, Build, Operate and Transfer (DBOT)

Case: We converted a standalone independent bungalow of 8000 sq ft into a value for money managed
 offices. The landlord didn’t get involved in anything. Starting with a blueprint for an office design, we 
identified and negotiated with vendors, procured material and services, managed the fit out project end 
to end, commissioned the asset, operated, market and leased thE asset to 100% occupancy and handed 
it over to the landlord.


Services provided: Design, Build, Operate and Transfer (DBOT)

Case: We converted a 3 bedroom, hall, kitchen apartment of 1800 sq ft into a low cost co-working space
 catering to bootstrapped startups. This was also an end-to-end project where we took a warm shell 
space and handed over a fully operational and leased co-working space. This asset didn’t even have 
bare minimum amenities (no parking space, for instance) yet we were able to get the desired rentals 
with our design strategy.
